x64 Home Basic on my laptop. I tried to install Solidworks 2010 SP0 64-bit on it. At just the last phase of installation it gave an error 1722 and the setup ends saying that solidworks 2010 is not installed successfully.I have searched a lot about this error and found that many other users are getting this same problem but there is no solution msxml6 to it. The custom action Register_i386_SldSheelExtServerExe is trying to register sldShellExtServer.exe file from "C:\Program Files\SolidWorks\" folder (64 - bit folder structure in 64 bit OS)... But thesldShellExtServer.exe file is getting delivered to "C:\Program Files (x86)\SolidWorks\" folder (32 - bit folder structure in 64 bit OS) as per your INSTALLDIR mentioned in the above command line. You may have to edit the location of this sldshellextserver.exe file in Register_i386_SldSheelExtServerExe custom action.. Ans
