Thanks Kurt, but I have already done that and there is no evidence of Delorme or Street Atlas on my computer. WinXP Pro, SP2 and all updates. If I install SA2006 on a pc, using an administrator password, all regular users can access and use the program. With SA2007, the administrator can use the program, but everyone else gets the Error 1722. I called tech support. Their suggestion: make everyone a power user and then install the program for each individual. HMMM. Three pc's, three SA2007 licenses, 15 potential users, 45 installs. Are they serious?
