This Flash Player is the product of Adobe Systems Inc. I'd guess that "Channel 4OD" (whatever that is uses the Flash Player, to display video from within an Internet Explorer session - quite common for online content (Youtube does the same). It sounds like the Flash Player is only half installed. You can try re-installing it, direct from the Adobe website: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ (You can skip the optional Google Toolbar, that isn't required). For more info about troubleshooting problems inst
