You can also try unregistering and re-registering windows installer on the target machines where it fails. However, this is a vendor MSI so you may want to determine why the registration failed. Almost certainly, it's due to a missing dependency (the single-most important reason why sane packagers don't self-reg...) Throw the DLL highlighted into Dependency Walker. As usual, ignore DLLs which are highlighted as having dynamic load elements (MPR.DLL will almost certainly be one). The remainder will be those which the offending DLL needs in order to operate and, therefore, register. Add (and properly register!) the missing dependencies.
