HiWasi, Welcome to MSDN Forum. Here are some suggestions for you to try. 1. 1.You must install the x86 version of the runtime package listed below, even if you are using a 64-bit version of Windows. This is because Report Commander runs as a 32-bit application on 64-bit systems. Download Microsoft C++ Redistributable Package for x86 platforms Case Study:http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/forums/en-US/winformssetup/thread/94ebf781-e037-4548-9366-49fb7721c03e/ crystal reports 2008 1. 2. Run as Administrator role to deploy your Crystal Report application. 2. 3. Please check this similar case to yours about some ideas. http://forums.sdn.sap.com/thread.jspa?threadID=1247226 As for Crystal Report questions, you are more likely to get more efficient responses atSAP Crystal Report Forum.
