I got a problem with just one user from our software. And I can't reproduce this issue. jnprttlsprovider.dll failed to register During the installation, we got some.dll register failed, Error 1904.Module ... some.dll failed to register. HRESULT - 2147220473. Contact your support personnel. BTW, some.dll was specified as a key file, and would be installed at C:\Program Files\Common Files\... What's the potential problem? I have no idea how to trace the root cause? Can someone give me some hints? thx. Error 1904.Module C:\Windows\system32\Macromed\Flash\Flash9.ocx failed to register. HRESULT -2147220473When you clicked OK, the Autodesk software application install completed successfully, but 2 versions of the Adobe Flash Player Plug-in were installed.Resolution:This error occurs because an older version of the Adobe Flash installer is unable to detect that a newer version has already been installed. As a result, both versions of the Adobe Flash Player Plug-in are installed. To resolve this issue, use one of the methods listed below:If you have already installed your Autodesk software application:You can ignore this error. Your Autodesk software application installation will not be affected and the one component that requires Flash will work without any problems.
