HRESULT -2147023898. Contact your support personnel."For ArcGIS 9.x:"Error 1904: failed to register c:\Program Files\ArcGIS\Bin\xmlsupportui.dll" (or 3dsymbolsui.dll, GxRaster.dll). HRESULT -2147023898. Contact your support personnel."Various other DLLs may fail to register during the process. Cause As of Windows XP SP2, Microsoft has enabled error 1904 module failed to register hresult contact your support personnel data execution prevention (DEP); a feature that is included in newer processor series from AMD and Intel. Cause Windows 2000 fails to register files because it lacks the necessary registry space to add the registration information; this happens when reaching maximum limits. Solution or Workaround Increase the available registry space.Navigate to Start>Control Panel>System to open System Properties.Select the Advanced Tab, click Performance Options and click Change in the Virtual Memory section.Increase the current value for the maximum registry size by adding an additional 100 MB to the current maximum.Click OK to save settings and then exit System Properties.Re-run the installation.
