Cause This error occurs because the computer is missing some shared software components that are required by the Crystal Reports runtime. Resolution Abort the Report Commander installation. Then download and install the Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 SP1 Redistributable Package (x86). Then rerun the Report Commander installation.
