trying to access MySQL database from webmin console. But unable to getting into the db, it throws following Error Message. I also faced the same problem. I fixed by moving files into another disk. If you are using Linux OS. i check the messages on the watchdog page on /admin, i see an awful lot ofGot error 28 from got error 168 from storage engine storage engine query: SELECT DISTINCT(p.perm) errors. Check your /tmp directory, that's where I had run into problems.
