Try emailing a new copy of your pcf file over to them and getting them to reimport it. 0 Pimiento OP Johan4349 May 16, 2012 at 9:28 UTC 1st Post http://community.spiceworks.com/topic/225415-microsoft-update-kb2675157-breaks-cisco-anyconnect-vpn
0 Thai Pepper OP jbakervt May 16, 2012 at 2:22 UTC "No hostname exists for this connection entry. Unable to make VPN connection." The hostname in the connection field is blank.. Put in the IP address of the VPN server or use the Hostname, or import a new connection entry profile. 0 Datil OP John2851 May 19, 2012 at 1:31 UTC Try manual IP if possible on that client. Sounds like that persons provider has possible DNS issues....I would do a remote connection with that home PC and see if you can do a NSlookup to your DNS name...Someone in this community mentioned possible issues with Verizon mobile and VPN connections if I remember correctly ...might be worth looking into that angle... 0 Pimiento OP randallsindlinger Mato (re)import the ugent config file (you will find it at the bottom of the page for the Cisco installation files).

Right click on your .pcf file3. Click Restore previous versions4. Choose a date before you began having problems and restore the file (making sure to delete the current one)***previous operating systems***-since you wont be able to restore the file in this manner, either restore your computer to a previous date using system restor, OR:1.
