the error message is still present, click OK to clear out the error message. In the Cisco VPN Client window make note of and select the name of the VPN connection you wish to resolve (make a note of the connection name). Click the Delete button. ![Delete][2] A window will pop up confirming that you want to delete the listing. Click Delete. ![Delete2][3] Click Import. ![Import][4] In the window that pops up navigate to the Keystrokes Software folder on the desktop. You can do this by selecting Desktop in the left-hand column, then double-clicking Keystrokes Software in the main window. ![Select][5] In the following window there should be a .pcf file. You should see a file labeled similarly to the connection name you deleted that ends in ".pcf" NOTE: if you work on more than one account that uses the Cisco VPN Client you will need to select the specific .pcf file for which you are performing the fix. ![Select_pcf][6] You should get the following message confirming that the .pcf file was successfully imported. ![Successful_import][7] Note select the connection listing and click Connect. You should now be able to login as normal.
