System Error 53 Mapping Network Drive
SP 2 pull merge replication with a SQL Express SP 2 client via web synchronization. Today we added an additional stored through mgmt studio and then

added it as an article to publish. We then generated a new snapshot. When the client trys to replicate it gets the OS error 53. We haven't changed the permissions on the shared folder and the client was able to replicate last night. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance. To be more clear, Merge Agent is able to download snapshot file necessary to apply newly added article (scalar funciton in my case), but then, all of a sudden, it show the error. Here is a part of the log: The request message was sent to "https://www.milbros.com/DBSynch/replisapi.dll" Downloaded a total of 5 chunks. Downloaded snapshot file "Carrier_Default_2.sch". The response message was received from "https://www.milbros.com/DBSynch/replisapi.dll" and is being processed. The changes contained in the message downloaded from Publisher "MIL-WEB01" will be applied after having collected and displayed the upload statis

The set-up (sorry for all the red lines in the screenshots - doing my best to disguise stuff ;) ): Publisher and distributor are on SQL Server 2012 (11.0.3128) Subscriber is a remote SQL Server 2008 (10.50.2550) - using a pull subscription Windows user called SQL_Replication_Dev http://screencast.com/t/mz7ZX3fCW. This user exists on both servers with the same password Login for SQL_Replication_Dev user created in both SQL Servers http://screencast.com/t/pGmnYQTZJm The SQL_Replication_Dev user is mapped to the publishing DB and the distribution DB on the publisher and the subscriber DB on the subscriber. If you can connect to this path still from your system, then you have a permissions issue. Perhaps a password changed?
