I've spent the past 10 hours today trying every possible suggestion in the troubleshooting guides and nothing works. HELP !!! I hear my modem dialing, but it seems to get "stuck" whenever it tries to authenticate my username and password which are correct. My dial up connection works on my laptop, which is what I'm using right now, but I can't get my desk top computer to work. Any suggestions? Discussion is locked Flag Permalink
