On opening the php tutorial, the lower panel displays the message - HTML error checking for this file is disabled, you can enable it by this hint Questions 1 How is it enabled? 2 What checking takes place if it is enabled? If you open it in editor, there are warnings on almost every line about "End of file seeing a doctype first...". If you remove the last line (18), the warning are gone. I don't know what is the expected behavior (I guess the warnings shouldn't be there), but there shouldn't be a difference due to a single empty line. If I disable HTML error checking using the bulb hint, warning correctly disappears. If from any reason the html checking is enabled by default for you please use "Disable error checking for text/php mimetype" on any
