You must allow TCP 443 outbound and IPv6 protocol, ICMPv6 type 133 and 134 messages (router solicitation and advertisement). Here's the firewall guidance from MSDN Azure Connect Documentation. In Windows Azure Connect, the firewall settings on local endpoints (local computers or VMs) are under your control. Windows Azure Connect uses HTTPS, which uses port 443.
