OK, about a month ago my Microsoft windows operating system failed so i went to the help of a computer maintenance friend. With his help we managed to reinstall Microsoft windows sp1 onto my computer which fixed the problem but in turn got rid of all of my documents (we formatted it). With his help we managed to reinstall Microsoft windows sp1 onto my computer which fixed the problem but in turn got rid of all of my documents (we formatted it). When we restarted my computer everything was fine no problemos at all except for that fact that i don't have any sound what so ever (including the loss of the volume slider at the bottom right of the windows OS). The error at the top (Error ID = 0xC00D1197, Condition ID = 0x00000000) is just the error
CD and the Media Player won't play it. It has come up with the song tracks but will not play music. Please Help!
