I really working on thsi problem a LONG time now, I am trying to install BES 5.0.0 http://support.kaspersky.com/us/sharepoint/error on a Windows 2008 Small Business Server. Exchange 2007 was set up with the default setup of Windows 2008. I used Windows 2003 Small Business Server with Exchange 2003 and BES 4.1 for about two years now and error id I worked through all the Installation Manual and a lot of forums to find a solution but I had no luck so far. When I start the BlackBerry controller I always get the following error message in the Event Log: Code: BlackBerry Messaging Agent server1 Agent 1 failed to start.
