Error In Agent Servicing Application With Product Signature
The term PRODUCT SIGNATURE often appears in the db2diag.log file. This technote describes how that signature can be used to troubleshoot problem scenarios. Answer The product signature is commonly listed in the db2diag.log when a crash (also known as trap or abnormal end (abend)) occurs. The product signature contains information about the product and release that was involved in the problem. For example, The format of the product signature as follows: "XXXVVRRF" where XXX has a value of : "SQL" for DB2 Universal Databaseā¢ (DB2 UDB) on Linux, UNIX or Windows. "DSN" for DB2 UDB on z/OS. "QSQ" for DB2 UDB for iSeriesā¢. "ARI" for DB2 Server for VM and VSE. VV is the version number of the product. For example, 09 RR is the release level. For example, 01. F is the mode level (FixPak level). Qn) FODC_Trap_2013 dump file created after it was hung/crashed.....reason ? is that because of any heap memory in DB2 ? i mean FODC dmp file generated due to heap memory issues ?? now we restarted the middleware/OS. and now
