So error in I ran xoftspyse which found some files to remove, and they did. I forgot what it removed but they were two trojans.I thought I was clean except my computer was still slow, and my browser was acting really weird, (this is what made me think it was spyware). When I went on ANY website in my browser, and click a link, the link opens in a new window, but error in ark this new window is never the actual link, just some advertisement, and most of the time it was Yellow.com. Then if i clicked the same link a second time, It would again open in another window, but actually go to the right link that time. This would happen with any link, on any webpage. So then I installed Avast (again, I don't keep it on my computer). It detected 2 files marked as "win 32:rootkit-gen[rtk]". I would delete the files, and then 5 minutes later, those same files would show up, over and over. So I guessed something else that was going undetected was spawning them. Then I let avast run at windows boot, and it deleted five files. Some of the same "win 32:rootkit-gen[rtk]", and others that were originally undetected.I'm not sure if I've removed all the infected files or if something else will happen. What do I have to provide on these forums for additional help?Thank you for reading , and please help me out!Edit: Another symptom I left out was, explorer.exe would freeze a lot at the beginning.-----------------------------------------------------Logfile of Trend Micro HijackThis v2.0.2Scan saved at 6:41:38 PM, on 4/14/2009Platform: Windows XP SP2 (WinNT 5.01.2600)MSIE: Internet Explorer v7.00 (7.00.6000.16674)Boot mode: NormalRunning processes:C:\WINDOWS\System32\smss.exeC:\WINDOWS\system32\winlogon.exeC:\WINDOWS\system32\services.exeC:\WINDOWS\system32\lsass.e
