Near as I can tell, the key here is the additional reporting detail.In my case it was "can't find module Smartcard."I navigated to my home directory, the Library and then Preferences. Open the "Citrix ICA Client" folder and then the file "Modules" in a text editor. I used BBEdit, but I suspect that Text Edit will work too.Everything seemed to be in Alpha order, so one line up from the bottom (just above: [SSPI]), I added a couple of line breaks and the text [Smartcard]. This appeared to create a section for the missing module "Smartcard" with no data.However, it was enough to make the error disappear.Hopefully, it will produce similar results for you. 1310-102236-728847 Back to top Brooke McQueen Members #3 Brooke McQueen 1 posts Posted 03 July 2010 - 11:39 PM I had a similar problem on my Mac. It gave me an error 11, could not launch SSPI. I removed SSPI from the list like you instructed and that resolved the
