Any advice would be appreciated. 1310-102236-725763 Back to top Marc Posner Members #2 Marc Posner 2 posts Posted 15 May 2008 - 06:11 PM I received an Error No. 11. Near as I can tell, the key here is the additional reporting detail. In my case it was "can't find module Smartcard."I navigated to my home directory, the Library and then Preferences. Error number: 11” Causes This issue occurs when "SmartCard, " is included in the Modules file of the ICA client http://discussions.citrix.com/topic/102236-error-no-11-with-macbook-and-os-x-1052/ on MAC client workstations. Note: This issue has also been reported with SSPI instead of SmartCard. Resolution 1. Open a text editor. 2. Browse to File-> Open > Users/myName/Library/Preferences/Citrix ICA Client/Modules OR /Users/Username/Library/Application Support/Citrix Receiver 3. Open the Modules file and edit https://kb.wisc.edu/cae/page.php?id=30035 the following line by removing "SmartCard, " from the line: “VirtualDriver=Thinwire3.0, ClientDrive, ClientAudio, ClientPrinter, Clipboard, ClientManagement, ClientComm, ZL_FONT, ZLC, TWI, ICACTL, SmartCard, SSPI” 4. Save the file. -Or- Deleting the Modules file and restarting to have the system recreate a fresh new Modules file can also fix this issue. It is recommended to make a copy of the original file before permanently removing from the existing location. ***********This article is based of the following article (http://support.citrix.com/article/CTX122289) on Citrix's Support website***********Keywords:citrix xenapp smartcard sspi connection file remote access SuggestkeywordsDoc ID:30035Owner:Noel K.Group:Computer-Aided EngineeringCreated:2013-05-08 08:49 CDTUpdated:2016-08-15 08:53 CDTSites:Computer-Aided EngineeringFeedback: 0 0 Comment Suggest a new documenthelpdesk@cae.wisc.edu (608) 262-5349Room 116 Computer-Aided-Engineering building Copyright © 2016 The Board of Regents of the University of Wisconsin SystemMobile View

BlackHorse5.0 Level 1 (0 points) Q: Contact your help desk with this information: cannot create connection file "CitrixID” Has anyone overcome an https://discussions.apple.com/thread/5972943?tstart=0 issue with logging in to a Citrix server and getting the following message: http://s.yiyult.com/error+11+citrix+mac.html Contact your help desk with this information: cannot create connection file "CitrixID”? I can log on, but once logged in, the apps available to me will not launch. All worked fine before I upgraded to OS X Mavericks. I do a lot of foreign travel and Citrix kept me connected to the error in office. Unfortunately, our IT team aren't really "Mac Guys" so they are just as perplexed as I am. I have deleted and deleted Citrix Receiver several times as posts on other sites recommended, but to no avail. I am having the same problem and my HelpDesk doesn't really "do" Mac so they have not yet been able to h help. I unfortunately did not find FoxFifth's links helpful as they were not referring to OS X Mavericks.
