Verify that the Access database is closed before trying to open it in the Server Explorer. Additionally, make sure that it is closed in the Server Explorer before trying to use it within your application. Data source name not found and no default driver specified". Make sure that you installed MySQL Connector 32-bit, not 64-bit. Re-download MySQL Connector 32-bit and re-install it.
