Error being "You must use "Turn Windows features on or off" in the Control Panel to install or configure Microsoft .NET Framework 3.0 x64. I suspect this is the cause behind my Fallout 3 GOTY crashing every half an hour or so. Any fixes or solutions, anyone? Thanks. To solve it, go to your Windows Control Panel | Programs and Features. In the upper left corner, there's an option to "Turn Windows features on or off." Select it. After it finishes building the list of features, there should be an option for "Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5.1" (it's the 7th item down on my system). Just select the top-level box for that option and it will install all of the options under it. That should be it. You should also do a Windows Update to make sure it's fully up-to-date and, possibly, a re-boot just to make sure everything's running. But, you should be ready to go.
