Data recovery wizard, ... anything like that that you can get your hands on (there are some nice free ones, but it's late and their names escape me) that have the option to recover partitions and raw data. If not, then $7 for 32GB stick is very very low, and i suspect it could be poor quality NAND chips. If you are somewhat tech-savvy you can try to open up the actual drive to see if there is any physical issues inside. If there are, you can attempt to repair it yourself with a soldering iron. There is a very high chance that you could damage something inside by attempting this repair yourself, so I would suggest contacting a Data Recovery Specialist.
