There Is No Package Called ‘rcpp’ Error Package Or Namespace Load Failed For ‘ggplot2’

I am trying to download and run swirl and I successfully download it but when I type in library("swirl") i get the error message error in library(rcurl) : there is no package called ‘rcurl’ below. Am I supposed to somehow acces the downloaded package that is in my temporary files in another manner besides the Library("swirl")? Thanks for the help!
