After error in loading digging it out of the archives and loading the project onto an XP machine it is now running into problems. In the code I am trying to set an Excel.Worksheet object variable to the sheet object of an Excel.Workbook. Here's an example of the source code... Dim objSht2 As Excel.Worksheet Set objSht2 = objWkb.Worksheets(2) The above error message gets generated upon execution of the second line where I attempt to set the worksheet object. I am using OfficeXP and reference the "Microsoft Excel 10.0 Object Library" in the VB project. I know this is kind of obscure but does anyone have any ideas where I can start looking to try to track this error down? Thanks! It has been going along pretty well for several months, but today all of a sudden everything seems to have gone haywire. It freezes when I try and put in a password that changes the command bar the users are using, to the one that I can use to maintain it. If I type the wrong password it will give me that message, but if I type the right one, it will load my toolbar but freeze, with the password message still there. Without my command bar I can't put the workbook on Shared, or do anything to maintain it. The macros I have that sort come up with a message "Error in loading DLL". So does the one that puts on the autofilter. There are problems in closing the document too. Wierd, this is the first time any of these problems have come up. Any thoughts about what is causing it and how to fix it?
