Unanswered question This question has not been answered yet. Hi All, I've configured a Datacap application in Navigator and had it working but all of a sudden, I'm getting an error when trying to log in: The Repository is Unavailable. Clicking More Information results in a message telling me I should check the Navigator log files. I've tried to resolve this by: 1) Recreating the Repository in question 2) Recreating the Desktops 3) Removing and reinstalling the Datacap Plugin 4) Stopped Navigator inside Websphere and removed all temporary files, then restarted it 5) Cleared browser cache in case it was cache-related 6) Tried a different browser 7) Tried logging on as a different user None of this has worked. The Navigator SystemErr.log file doesn't shed much light on it either. Here is some of the output: 5/19/15 12:16:35:907 EDT] 00000113 SystemErr R CIWEB.DatacapWebPlugin Error: [ @ ] com.ibm.ecm.datacap.web.repositoryType.DatacapPluginRepositoryType.logon() com.ibm.ecm.extension.PluginRepositoryLogonException at com.ibm.ecm.datacap.web.repositoryType.DatacapRepositoryLogon.logon(DatacapRepositoryLogon.java:221) at com.ibm.ecm.datacap.web.repositoryType.DatacapPluginRepositoryType.logon(DatacapPluginRepositoryType.java:95) at com.ibm.ecm.util.PluginRepositoryUtil.logon(PluginRepositoryUtil.java:59) at com.ibm.ecm.struts.actions.authentication.DesktopLogonAction.executeBaseAction(DesktopLogonAction.java:252) at com.ibm.ecm.struts.actions.BaseAction.execute(BaseAction.java:211) at com.ibm.ecm.jaxrs.Actions.loadAndExecuteAction(Actions.java:241) at com.ibm.ecm.jaxrs.Actions.handleAction(Actions.java:83) at com.ibm.ecm.jaxrs.Actions.handlePostActions(Actions.java:103) at sun.reflect.GeneratedMethodAccessor13.invoke(Unknown Source) at sun.reflect.DelegatingMethodAccessorImpl.invoke(DelegatingMethodAccessorImpl.java:37) at java.lang.reflect.Method.invoke(Method.java:611) at org.apache.wink.server.internal.handlers.InvokeMethodHandler.handleRequest(InvokeMethodHandler.java:63) at org.apache.wink.server.handlers.AbstractHandler.handleRequest(AbstractHandler.java:33) at org.apache.wink.server.handlers.RequestHandlersChain.handle(RequestHandlersChain.java:26) at org.apache.
