Please let me know. Thanks, Mani. Tuesday, May 20, 2008 2:56 PM Reply | Quote 0 Sign in to vote My solution is just to put the credentials in the RST to my STS and and make the call from the STS to perform the authentication. The more standard way of doing it is to secure the actual channel to the STS with the SecurID credentials, but I can't figure out a good way to do it. Thoughts? Category:Computer Share this conversation Expert: cvd4311 replied4 years ago. cvd4311 : sounds like your RSA soft token needs to be reset by whomever gave you the token. They can also reset your id, then you can redownload it and go from there. I have had this problem many times and once they reset it and my password then I am good to go.please click accept and leave feedback if you are satisfied with my answer. JACUSTOMER-9oxku2xf- : That does not answer the problem that the token does not open. I was able to resolve that my self by finding the actual programs and setting it to run as administrator.cvd4311 : I will opt out and let another expert come on to see about that problem. JACUSTOMER-9oxku2xf- : I fixed the issue myself - thanks anywaycvd4311 : Glad you have resolved the issue.
