Up until yesterday, all users could navigate public report folders in InfoView and they could see and/or refresh their reports / objects of https://scn.sap.com/thread/1536523 all types - Webi, crystal reports, excel etc.... Today, however, we see two things happening from InfoView 1) All Users can log into InfoView, but cannot set any InfoView preferences. They get this error message: Sorry, you do not have the right to 'Modify the rights users have to objects' (ID: for 'bouserid' (ID: 2554). Please contact your administrator if you require this right. and 2) All Users can login to InfoView and see public report folders and can http://www.forumtopics.com/busobj/viewtopic.php?t=116109 view Crystal reports , Excel and Word documents ok . The issue is that when they click on a webi report they get the following error messsage dialog window: OPEN DOCUMENT An error occurred when trying to set preferences. Please contact your Business Objects administrator. (Error: INF) I have reviewed all CMC group access levels at the folder, universe, connection and application/Infoview and application/Webi and can see no issues..... The administrator account can log into InfoView and does NOT have any of the problems mentioned above - everything is ok. Your help is greatly appreciated! Everything worked properly in our BO XI plateform. Now for some users we can't visualize a document or edit preferences in Infoview. It still working for my administrator and another user created before. I tried to affect to this user the minimal rights , so now he's part of the "everyone" group and he can still view the report. However, a similar user created lately , with the same rights can't view the same document . I don't know if this problem come from a bug or from a corrupted repository. We are currently trying to apply the latest patch

This allows me to play & host when I'm away from desktop.I already tried the clean reinstall as recommended here though my world is a multiplayer world if that makes a differencehttps://steamcommunity.com/app/251570/discussions/1/618458030671567694/?insideModal=1 < > Showing 1-10 of 10 comments Wazubaba [Wazu] View Profile View Posts 5 Jan @ 3:40pm bump as I get this issue constantly while only playing normally and it is extremely frustrating to have to restart my game every 10-30 minutes. I run the linux client if that helps. Last edited by Wazubaba [Wazu]; 5 Jan @ 3:41pm #1 Bullfrog View Profile View Posts 24 Jan @ 2:09am Not sure if it's the same issue... I get an actual "ERR" in this thread_Regenerating.It says it's an "Out of Memory Exception"... I've 16GB RAM and a 4GB GTX960... go figure.I'm running Linux and I play on the same server and map using a Macbook Pro as well. Have problems with Linux only.Once again, TFP are showing us how much they don't care about Linux users (beside getting our money).I hope they won't do like many other developers who go "out of Early Access" without closing all the issues.
