Running IIS6, Win 2003 32-bit, php 4.4.8, connecting to separate mysql 4.1.22 db box with same config. We usually see at between 2500 - 5000 users on at any time. Web Service extention for FastCGI is correctly pointing to the inetsrv folder, and here are the config settings for ffcgiext.ini [PHP] ExePath=c:\php\php.exe InstanceMaxRequests=10000 EnvironmentVars=PHP_FCGI_MAX_REQUESTS:10000 Here is the error users are getting: http://forums.iis.net/t/1152029.aspx?Unspecified+error+Error+Number+2147467259 FastCGI Error The FastCGI Handler was unable to process the request. From that link it looks like a mysterious intermittent bug that is not solved, just leaving me more mystified... I have read/execute on both files. Technote (troubleshooting) Problem(Abstract) You have licensed your IBM SPSS Statistics product via the License Authorization Wizard and received a 'successfully processed all codes' message. However, when starting Statistics, the program does not appear to be working properly and the Output Viewer window displays the following message: Error # 2072 There was an unanticipated problem with the license for this product. Execution of this command stops. Specific symptom number: 4 Cause There are multiple causes for this licensing error. Resolving the problem Press and HOLD the 'option' key on the computer keyboard. Press and HOLD the 'command' key on the computer keyboard. Press and RELEASE the space bar on the computer keyboard. The 'Finder' application will display. RELEASE the 'option' key on the computer keyboard. RELEASE the 'command' key on the computer keyboard. Select the 'Go' menu. Select the 'Applications' menu entry. Select 'IBM' folder icon.
