The installer works perfectly all the way up untill I have to accept the terms of agreement. I accept them and the next download bar comes up error number and starts downloading. Essentially you are trying to run your game's .exe file from a location (or from a user account) that does not have permission to make changes to your registry. I suggest checking that your Windows XP user profile has administrative privileges. If that fails, I suggest to relocate the .exe file once you have downloaded it to a different location on your computer (usually the desktop or perhaps make a new folder for it) and run it from there. Also, if you are running any security software that prevents or monitors changes to your registry, turn it off while you are doing the installation. That could also be causing this kind of restriction.
