There were some updates last week that Microsoft put out that were installed and also so Norton Anti-virus updates. Any ideas as I don't want to scrap my A/V and firewall etc? Yes they did suggest that I go to the servers e-mail method but when I tried to gert mt address book from outlook exp to the ISP email I hads trouble locating the file for the outlook exp address book file. Apperantly it has to be in .cvs format or whatever. Any files I foud the server did not recognise it. I am with Sympatico so I am stumped. I spoke to thier tech support person but he couldnt tell me where
