Now, I've had this issue last for a few days or a simple change in the username has sorted it but now nothing appears to be sorting it. It keeps asking me for my login details everytime it tried to connect. This is what I've already tried:Tried changing the signin from firstname.surname@btinternet.com , firstname.surname and even using an allias. May work once and then ever again.Have tried changing my password. Again, works once an then back to asking or login detailsTried disabling anti-virus. No luckScanned for malware, adware. nothing.Made sure that all settings are as they should beI can access the webmail without any problemsInterestingly, I use a dial up connection at the weekend to access the internet and have no problems accessing it.The email address is sub-account but having spoken to/looked at the main account, we can't anything changed or why it would suddenly stop.Anyone suggest anything because it's getting to be a bit of a pain in the behind (and I really don't want to change client either)EDIT: This is the error I'm being presented with:Account: 'mail.btinternet.com', Server: 'mail.btinternet.com', Protocol: POP3, Server Response: '-ERR [AUTH] Error logging in.
