Rudy Woltner Aug 30, 2013 9:34 AM BMC Remedy ITSM 8.0, no patches (upgrade scheduled for 8.1 by year end)We are finding 10004 errors on some RBE:Transaction records. After some logging, we isolated the error to when it creates the zip file for the attachments associated with the email. When the original email is in Rich text format, the email engine saves all embedded graphics, such as signature graphics, with the same file name (1.jpg). Also to note, when a RBE:Transaction fails, it does not report the failure back to the RBE:Message record, RBE:Message still reports completion. So, how can we get the email engine to assign different file names to graphics like it does for HTML formatted emails? As a stop-gap solution, we are implementing a filter that identifies the 10004 error on Modify of the RBE:Transaction and notifies the sender to resend their request in either HTML format or withour embedded graphics. We were also seeing some 380 erro
