This is what I did to solve it. Remove the application [Drag the folder in you applications directory to the trash can in your desktop]. Then go to your /users/"your user ID"/Library/Preferences/ and delete the ICA Citrix Client Folder. Reinstall the application. I had problems gaining access to the preferences folder so i used zapper to uninstall the program. When i am within a internal WLAN i can connect to my apps.
