This is what I did to solve it. Remove the application [Drag the folder in you applications directory to the trash can in your desktop]. Then go to your /users/"your user ID"/Library/Preferences/ and delete the ICA Citrix Client Folder. Reinstall the application. Remove either the +1 or the (1). But then the phone number is invalid. There are no US phone numbers that start with 1. The lowest number after the country code (1) is 2, and US phone numbers are all 10 digits. If I gi to his contact and send a text message I do not get this, the text sends. I only get this error when replying to his text, and his phone is set up with 10 digit number.....
