Error 196.We're using MetaFrame 1.8 for Windows 2000. The user is on a Mac OSX and running Citrix version: 7.00.405Have tried reinstalling Citrix client, clearing her profile, and reinstalling her printer. Currently at a loss. Any advice would be appriciated. This is a pretty fundamental question in the real world. If there is no answer and OSX citrix error number cannot help in a day to day business environment and no one on these forums knows how to help, then we may as well use the alternative majority system because the Mac is basically useless for this solution. This looks like a Citrix problem, yet you have not provided any Citrix information. How is the Citrix client configured? How is the connection file setup?
