I can't seem to find anything to indicate what this Support Code:300 error indicates. The printer is not busy and is on-line since other computers are able to print to it.Thanks. Also, give the printer a full power cycle (turned off, unplugged for and hour, re-plugged, turned on)... -- hide signature --WayneSee more at:http://www.flickr.com/photos/turbguy/ Turbguy1's gear list:Turbguy1's gear list Minolta DiMAGE 7 Konica Minolta DiMAGE Z5 Konica Minolta DiMAGE A2 Fujifilm FinePix Real 3D W3 Nikon D300 +2 more Reply Reply with quote Complain John_Hoffman • Contributing Member • Posts: 692 Re: canon support code: 300 pixma pro 100 will not print files In reply to Turbguy1 • 8 months ago 1 If that doesn't work I have read online that sometimes the error is generated by a situation where the printer senses an empty ink cartridge but that hasn't been communicated via wifi back to the computer.
