Error Number 503 Ghost

Join Now We are running Symantec Ghost 11.5 When trying to create an image for a error number Lenovo 7373 Ghost throws up an error. Application Error 502 Connection Reset by server with Ghostcode 19945 I tried creating an image with a Lenovo 6075 and it brought up an error as well. Application Error 36000 I believe. Nothing has recently changed. Ghost allows us to restore various images. Thank for any input. If you cannot upgrade, try posting the issue in the Ghost Solution forum within the Connect community.
