Here are the error messages: "MailEnable: Message could not be delivered to some recipients. The following recipient(s) could not be reached: Recipient: [SMTP:xxxxx@yahoo.com] Reason: The message could not be delivered because the domain name (yahoo.com) does not appear to be registered. Reason Code: Invalid Domain Name Error Number: 9003" "MailEnable: Message could not be delivered to some recipients. The following recipient(s) could not be reached: Recipient: [SMTP:xxxxxx@gmail.com] Reason: The message could not be delivered because the domain name (gmail.com) does not appear to be registered. Reason Code: Invalid Domain Name Error Number: 9003" I searched past postings about the same error code and error message but it seems that none of the reasons from other posting apply: I double-checked the recipients' email address didn't have any space, quote marks or other special character in the addresses. And gmail.com and Yahoo.com are well known domains registered in the dns servers we used which are the dns servers of well established domain registration company name-services.com. Can any one help on solving this problem? Thanks. Several of my clients are receiving these bounced back emails from well known OK email addresses. One client is so fustrated as he cant send any mails he is taking his service elsewhere. If anyone knows how to fix this I would be most appreciative. If it do not ping here is problem with DNS server. If you are able to ping, use ipconfig and note down the IP address of DNS server. Now in Mail Enable > Connectors > SMTP > property You need to check if the DNS have this IP, if not add it. WebHostingNeeds.com Reply With Quo
