Start by looking in your gmail account under: Settings/Forwarding and POP. Download the configuration instructions that are relevant for your situation, and follow the instructions to the letter. One mistype and you're screwed. This is step one. If that doesn't fix it, you may be working with an older version of MS Outlook. Outlook 2002 is NOT compatible with MS Vista. (THANKS for telling me that before I upgraded!! No notes or warnings from the upgrade advisor either!!) I then ended up calling HP to help me import all of my contacts and e-mail messages into WINDOWS Mail. If you have Outlook 2003 or later, I think you might be OK. Good luck!
