I have verified that I am running server 2003 SP2 which I thought i had read contained the files I https://forums.iis.net/t/1150274.aspx?changing+passwords+from+the+web+using+IIS+6+0 need. I run the command "regsvr32 c:\windows\system32\inetsrv\iisadmpwd\iispwchg.dll" and created the virtual directory in the same site as the one that I want users to be able to change their passwords from. When I point my browser to the page https://my.domain/IISADMPWD/achg.asp, I get this error.....
