There are excellent instructions at http://mail.google.com/support/bin/a...y?answer=77659 However when I get to the page where I am supposed to set "My Incoming Server is a IMAP server" all I have is POP3. The instructions talk about selecting IMAP from a pulldown menu. I don't appear to have a pulldown menu and cannot type or change POP3. thanks for windows live mail your help Mark Reply With Quote October 5th, 2008,06:43 AM #2 Markgc View Profile View Forum Posts Virtual Resident Join Date Aug 2003 Location Raleigh, North Carolina, USA Posts 759 I managed to set the account up as an IMAP.
