I am still able to send email. It is not a newsgroup issue. I have shut off email scanning in Norton. I just can't get the email to download to my inbox. I can get my email on my ISP's site but can't get it in OE. I would rather use OE. The error msg is on both accounts (change from orig msg) as I tried to forward email from the ISP site and I get the same error for both accounts.
