However, the document was not printed. When I looked at the print queue, the "printing" word appeared on the job and it changed to "error printing" after 1 minute. For the last few weeks, disconnecting from the network and reconnecting would make it work. Two weeks ago, I replaced the built-in print server with a jetdirect printserver. It has been working since the replacement until yesterday. I also added a new printer setup and used the driver that I downloaded from HP website.
