Are you on a network that you control? I have been on networks before that block access to the Google Play Store such as here at the work site. So I was always unable to download via wifi, but over the data plan it worked ok. I assume since you say Moto G however, that you aren't trying this only on wifi. Unless you haven't activated it yet or its a development phone. –Jay Snayder Nov 25 '14 at 19:08 Hi Jay, I'm at work and my colleague can download apps on its moto x. I believe that it is not the problem. –Pablo Darde Nov 25 '14 at 19:20 It is possible that you might need to do a reset on your Google Play Services app. When tunneling between different countries to test installations or downloads there, occasionally you might need to clear the data and cache for the app. Or go into the Google Play Services Framework app and clear data there. –Jay Snayder Nov 25 '14 at 19:25 add a comment| 3 Answers 3 active oldest votes up vote 2 do

GadgetsFix "Error Processing Purchase [DF-BPA-30]" on Android Play StoreNov 25, 2014HomeTips & Tricks Android Today when trying to download a few apps, I was getting error message "Error Processing Purchase [DF-BPA-30]" on one of my Kitkat Android phone (Moto G - 1st Gen). I http://www.techvigil.com/tips-tricks/397/error-processing-purchase-df-bpa-30/ was unable to download any app from the store.I followed the steps mentioned in troubleshoot guide Problems downloading apps & games, but it didn't helped me.Root CauseMy device got out http://wikitechsolutions.com/9811/android-error-processing-purchase-df-bpa-30 of sync with Play Store server. It happens when the timestamp in your device doesn't match with that on server.SolutionMessing with the device's Date & Time Settings brought my error processing device back up. It allowed time to sync. Follow these simple steps to resolve the issue.Go to Settings->Date & TimeUncheck the two boxes which say "Automatic date & time" and "Automatic time zone"You will now be allowed to set date manually. Change the date to anything in past. For example, just change the year to 2010 or 2012Come to home error processing purchase screenAgain go to Settings-> Date & TimeNow check both the boxes we unchecked earlierTime would be automatically updated and "Set time" field would be disabled nowTry downloading the app from Play StoreThis would do the job. If you are still facing problem I would recommend clearing cache & data for Play Store and Download manager.
