Error Processing Reservation Document In Database
database resource.nsf: Note item not found RnRMgr: Error processing calendar profile document (NoteID:xxxxxx) in database resource.nsf: Note item not found; RnRMgr; Calendar Profile; Note item not found Technote (troubleshooting) Problem After upgrading the Rooms and Resource database you start seeing the error "RnRMgr: Error processing calendar profile document (NoteID:xxxxxx) in database resource.nsf: Note item not found" on multiple rooms and resources. You've run maintenance, replaced the design, created a new replica, and even rebuilt the room and resource documents themselves, none of which resolved the issue. Resolving the problem In this customer's case, the errors were actually referencing the entries in busytime, not the calendar profile documents themselves. To resolve the issue rebuild busytime.nsf (or clubusy.nsf if in a clustered environment) per the instructions in following technote: Title: How to recreate the busytime.nsf and clubusy.nsf databases on a Domino server Doc #: 1086471 URL: http://www.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21086471 Document information More support for: IBM Notes Calendaring and Scheduling Software version: 8.5 Operating system(s): Windows Reference #: 1496037 Modified date: 2012-05-23 Site availability Site assistance Contact and feedback Need support? getting Rooms and Resources set up was frustrating. I had read some posts about it on Notes.net and the blogosphere, but I couldn't find it all when I needed it and ended up spending an hour or so pulling it http://www.cubert.net/2006/12/702-upgrade-mostly-good-and-few.html all together. My pain is your gain. Here's the down and dirty on what you need https://www.mindwatering.net/SupportRef.nsf/b49d69a888845c8085256d220011d77b/293f45329c1085fa8525755d0060d9f1!OpenDocument to do to go from 6.x to 7.x:Upgrade to Domino 7.xLoad your Domino serveron the console tell rnrmgr quiton the console tell sched quiton the console load convert -d [your reservation database] * resrc7.ntfOpen your reservation database in Designer and enable all the disabled agents. Optionally sign the database with the server's ID if you don't want automatic notices to have your name on error processing them.Make sure you have an administration server set on your reservation databaseon the console load sched. Let it finish processing.on the console load rnrmgrMy only problem now is I'm getting errors like this:12/30/2006 02:22:02 PM RnRMgr: Error processing reservation document (NoteID: NT0000988E) in database RSVP.nsf12/30/2006 02:22:02 PM Error connecting to server MAIL/WMBIRD: The server is not responding. The server may be down or you may be experiencing network problems. Contact your system administrator if this problem persists. The server this is running error processing reservation on is MAIL/WMBIRD, so I don't know how it could possibly not be responding. Also, the filename in the OS and in all the mail-in records is rsvp.nsf. I don't know where that all upper case thing is coming from. I haven't broken out NotesPeek to see which documents can't be processed, either. FreemanMon Jan 01, 10:22:00 AMa couple of things to try...First, you don't actually need NotesPeek to find that NoteID. The administration client will let you do this in the file interface. Just right-click on the .nsf in the file list, and there should be an option to "Find Note" towards the bottom. Also, you can probably address the upper vs lower-case stuff with an .nsf alias. All you need is a simple text file for RSVP.nsf that points to rsvp.nsf. Just have the file contain, in text, the path to the proper-cased version.Lastly, if your db is signed as the server, it's usually important that your server document have a mail server/database defined in the LOCATIONS section of the doc, on the first tab. This might not be true anymore, but it was a showstopper in the v3-r5 days.ReplyDeleteCharles RobinsonTue Jan 02, 10:19:00 AMThanks for the info, Nathan. I found the offending NoteID, but I have no clue why it's creating an error. That's the n

Check the schedule database by issuing: tell sched validate Note: If you get the error "Error processing calendar profile document ... ... User's mail is being forwarded to another location.", that is okay. It means there is a forward on the person doc. 2. Check the same one from the rnrmgr point of view: tell rnrmgr validate Note: If you get the error "Error processing calendar profile document ... ... User's mail is being forwarded to another location.", that is okay. It means there is a forward on the person doc. If you want to just have the server create a new busytime. 1. Stop the sched, calconn, and rnrmgr tasks on the Server Console or from the Server Tasks view (Server tab --> Status tab). 2. Via whatever method you want navigate to the Domino server's data folder (e.g. using a terminal command window, cd /local/notesdata). 3. In the console, type the command "dbcache flush". This will unlock the database from Domino and give the moment you need. 4. Back in the terminal command window, delete the database. (e.g. rm busytime.nsf --> yes to confirm). 5. Restart the sched, calconn, and rnrmgr tasks in the Domino console. (e.g. load sched, load calconn, load rnrmgr). previous page check your mailclient loginhostinghelpSMS Copyright 1996, 1998, 2003, 2006, 2008 Mindwatering, All rights reserved.
