Status is "deleting." Every time I open the printer queue error processing command and click a command it says "Error processing command". I've tried deleting the printer from my computer, un-installing it, and reinstalling it. The print job is still there saying "Deleting". I have a HP Officejet 5600. Are you running Windows? If so, restarting your computer usually helps. If it doesn't, follow these steps (you need to be an administrator): 1) Right click on 'My Computer' (should be located on the desktop). 2) Click "Manage" 3) On the window that opens, expand the section that says "Services and Applications" 4) Click on "Services" 5) Locate the service named "Print Spooler" on the right 6) Right click on "Print Spooler" and hit "Restart" 7) Give it a few minutes (or restart again), and your printer cache should be empty. Hope this helps! Source(s): Objective Logic · 6 years ago 2 Thumbs up 0 Thumbs down Comment Add a commen
