What you can do (as a minor fix) is to disable the System Restore, and do a Windows update. (www.windowsupdate.microsoft.com, and tell it to scan your computer.) Also, you will need to go to your PC manufacturer's support website (i.e. www.gateway.com/support) and download all driver updates and install them.
