Open WiiSX 2. Try to save settings What is the expected output? What do you see instead? I expect a settings file to be created on either my SD card or the USB memory stick. However, instead I get the message "Error saving settings.cfg to USB/SD" What version of CubeSX or WiiSX are you using? On what console? WiiSX beta 2.1 Are you using HLE BIOS or a real BIOS (SCPH1001, etc)? I haven't gotten that far. I can't even get past saving the settings. Which core type is being used, Dynamic Recompiler or Interpreter? See previous message. Please provide any additional information below. I have seriously been looking for someone with the same issue as me, but I seem to be the only one having this problem. I AM new to the Wiibrew community, so bare with me. Is there anything I have forgotten? As everything seems to run fine otherwise (snes emulator seems to be able to create files on the SD card), what can be the issue here? Where is the settings file supposed to exist (can't find one on the SD card)? Original issue reported on code.google.com by kaffemy...@gmail.com on 1 Feb 2012 at 2:39 GoogleCodeExporter commented Jun 26, 2015 Try adding a folder in the root directory of your SD or USB device named "WiiSX". Without the quotes, of course. :) Hope this helps. I loaded it through Homebrew Channel as told to, with the files all residing within my USB. Whenever I try to save my Options settings, it gives me an error. I cannot even load any of my personal roms from the USB because it gives me a similar error that seems to revolve around the USB. Is there a solution to these errors or is there another way to deal with emulation? I'd prefer the safest way, if possible. x-x Thank you for your time. Most emulators are not setup for the USB devices. We can run the program off the USB but the roms dont like to run from it. of the popular multi-OS N64 emulator, Mupen64, to the Nintendo Wii and Gamecube through the libOGC library. The emulator uses dynamic recompilation of the N64 machine code to PowerPC machine code and full hardware accelerated graphics to achieve (mostly) full speed emulation. Currently http://wiibrew.org/wiki/Wii64 the emulator is in beta stage and can run many N64 ROMs at full speed in most cases. It includes several fixes and additions. Their original forum thread is here. This is the GitHub page for Not64 Further Information The emulator can be controlled with any combination of GC controllers, Classic Controllers, Wiimotes with Nunchuks and even just Wiimotes. See the included readme for details on the controls. You can load ROMs and saves from a FAT formatted SD or USB (details on the folders required are in the readme). Developers We don't want to discourage other people forking and working on the emulator; however, any unofficial builds must not be called "Wii64" or "Cube64" nor use the Wii64 or Cube64 logo in order to avoid confusion. For now, we're just releasing a snapshot of the source used to build Beta 1.1, but we're planning on updating the public repository with each commit we've made to our private repository so that everyone can see the progression of the code. This process will begin soon. MenuV2 - Current main menu screen of Wii64 MenuV1 - The old main menu screen of Wii64 Currently Achieved Features Emulat
